RETURNS

-Due to sanitary reasons, ALL items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges! If products are damaged when revieced please contact us with 24 hours via email. *Must show a picture of items*

-We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. All unpaid orders will be cancelled.

-We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.

-NO EXCHANGES

  • HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A PLACED ORDER?

To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with 'Order Cancellation' on the subject line followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#0000)'). To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with 'Order Edit' on the subject line followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit (#0000)').

  • WHAT IS 'PRE-ORDER' , WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

To help you get the items you want before they sell out, you can now pre-order items where pre-order stock is available. This for items we've had and sold out of AND items we haven't even released yet.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Orders do not ship out on weekedns or holidays. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States.We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

  • HOW DO I USE DISCOUNT CODES IN YOUR SHOP?

  • Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.​​

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

  • WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

  • USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days

  • USPS Priority International Mail

  • Processing is 1-3 business days after you order

  • All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days. All international orders are shipped Priority International Mail . Priority Mail packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive. 

  • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED

  • All sales are final. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 1 business day after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. MUST have a PayPal account to get refund.
